The hotel sector, unlike some of the other property sub-sectors, has many of the same dynamics as a true operating business. However, our blend of triple net leased and managed hotels, capital city and strong regional locations, and 2, 3 and 4 star product effectively diversifies operating risk, generating stable income whilst still enabling potential upside participation.
