Matthew Eady
Chief Executive Officer
Matthew is responsible for all areas of TAHL’s management, operation and strategy, encompassing its portfolio mix, asset management, capital structure, organisational platform and future growth objectives.
Prior to joining TAHL, Matthew worked in institutional banking at a number of banks, most recently in the role of Executive Director at ANZ. His management experience includes all areas of capital markets, structured solutions, leveraged finance and complex recapitalisations.
Matthew was previously Vice President of Equity Capital Markets at CBA where he jointly led the primary issues team, managing IPO’s, hybrids, capital management and distribution.
He began his career as a lawyer working in the Corporate Advisory team of Gadens, a national law firm. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University.
Julian Radford
Chief Financial Officer
Julian is responsible for all areas of the financial strategy, operations and capital structure of TAHL including assisting the CEO with group strategy and the debt refinance, financial reporting and controlling, budgeting and forecasting.
Julian has over twenty years experience in investment banking, funds management and commercial property. Prior to joining TAHL Julian held senior finance positions within Allco Finance Group including Chief Financial Officer of Allco REIT, a Singapore listed property trust. Julian was previously the Group Financial Controller for both Challenger Financial Services Group and for Deutsche Bank’s Australian operations. Prior to this Julian worked for five years in various accounting roles at JP Morgan in London and Johannesburg. Julian commenced his career in the audit and advisory practice at Coopers & Lybrand in London.
Julian holds a Bachelor of Honours in Accounting and Finance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Sharon Doyle
General Manager
Sharon joined TAHL in March 2009 taking on the role as General Manager after having carriage of the development funding for the group while at Babcock & Brown. Sharon joined Babcock & Brown in 1989 and has worked in the real estate sector for 25 years. Sharon has extensive experience in property finance, management and lease negotiation.
Prior to joining Babcock & Brown, Sharon worked as a project finance manager with the property developer, Comrealty Limited. Her earlier experience was as a marketer of mortgage loan finance for CL Property Limited, a subsidiary of Credit Lyonnais Australia Limited.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and has completed the Diploma Course with the Australian Securities Institute and is a licensed Real Estate Agent having completed a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) through the Real Estate Institute of NSW Ltd. In addition Sharon is a member of Institute of Company Directors.
Gus Moors
Director of Asset Management
Gus is directly responsible for the operational performance of the hotels with the prime objective of enhancing the profit performance of these assets. Gus also works closely with TAHL’s CEO regarding future strategy of the portfolio, including prospective acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to TAHL, Gus was Chief Operating Officer for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Asia Pacific and head of the company’s hotel asset management practice in Australia for over seven years.
Prior to this, Gus worked for the Toga Group for three years as Regional Operations Manager for a number of the group’s Medina Serviced Apartments. Before Toga, Gus worked for Arthur Andersen in Corporate Recovery, specialising in hospitality businesses.
Gus has a Bachelors of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Hospitality Management from UNSW and a Masters of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, also from UNSW.
Zana Garevska
Group Financial Controller
Zana is responsible for the financial reporting and controlling for TAHL, as well as ensuring the group’s compliance with statutory and tax authorities.
Prior to joining TAHL, Zana worked as an auditor for six years in the Retail Consumer Industrial Products division of Ernst & Young. Her main clients were in the manufacturing, retail and health sectors. Zana holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
